4. Attach wheels (Q) to rear legs (N) and bottom shelf (R) using two
nuts (DD). Place hub caps (P) onto the wheels (Q).
Secure bottom shelf (R) to front legs (M) using two wing nuts (FF)
and two washers (GG).
Tighten large screws (CC) connecting bottom bowl (I) to front
legs (M), rear legs (N) and leg support cups (J).

5. Attach handle (A) to bottom bowl (I) using two washers (HH), two
washers (GG) and two wing nuts (FF).
