Mounting the work load
Warning
Danger of injury through sharp−edged profiled tube
· Do not operate the DGEA without closing cap or cover.
Note
If the original cover is loosened, the technical data in the chapter Technical
data, interface−related" will no longer be valid. These specifications become
valid again only when the factory status is restored.
· Tighten the cover screws with torques in accordance with the Technical
data chapter.
· Select a mounting option:
a) Mounting on the original cover: use the threaded holes.
b) Mounting on a user−made or changed cover:
Prepare cover with hole pattern and connection pattern, then mount it.
Reducing vibrations:
· Place the centre of gravity of the effective
load centrically to the cantilever arm.
If mounted correctly, distance a" will
remain small.
· Use the PositioningDrives" sizing
software to design the linear axis
