9) Remove the wheel fastening pin on the side (L) and
remove the moving mechanisms inside the hopper;
10) Turn the fastening ring (M) at the rear of the hopper
clockwise and remove the dispensing screw unit (Q);
11) Remove the worm screw (K) from the
(R);
12) Remove the solubles chute unit (S) turning it clockwise
(in configurations with a double chute, remove the unit on
the left first);
13) Separate the solubles chute unit (S), lightly lifting it in the
indicated point.
Remove any soluble product remaining in the hopper.
Use a damp cloth to clean the hopper with products suitable
for objects that come in contact with foodstuffs. Carefully rinse
and dry, and remove any organic residues.
Before repositioning all the parts previously removed, make
sure all the wet or damp parts have been perfectly dried.
