Probable Cause
1. Card removed
during data transfer.
2. Card corrupt or
faulty.

properly connected
to the SmartLink
module.
2. Oximeter probe not
properly attached to
user.
1. Module may be
defective.
Remedy
1. Card must not be removed during data
transfer. Data transfer interruption may
corrupt the card and prevent the card
from working correctly. Reinsert card and
allow data transfer to continue until
completed. If this error is not corrected,
contact provider for resolution.
2. Return card to provider for replacement.
If this error is not corrected, contact
provider for resolution.
1. Notify provider of the situation and follow
provider instructions.
1. Verify connection between the oximeter
connector and module oximeter
connection port.
2. Reference the operating instructions that
came with oximeter.
1. Remove the module from the CPAP and
verify that CPAP is fully functional. If it
functions properly without the module
connected, the module may be defective.

guide for troubleshooting.
