Possible cause

Solution
Wait 1 to 2 minutes and then remove the
container.
Stop the ice cream programme. Mix the
mixture with a suitable spoon until it
moves more easily and then press the
Start button again.
Switch the device off and then on again.

problem has not been rectified.
