Avoiding damage
Use shock absorbers especially when the device is fitted in a vertical position

(see chapter Accessories").
If fitted correctly, the shock absorbers will brake the mass without striking
through and without striking against the stop of the shock absorber support
(see also the operating instructions for the shock absorber).
The shock absorber supports are not intended as fixed stops to which move
ment must be made. They serve only as a protective measure during commis
sioning faults.
Fit the shock absorber support in accordance with the operating instructions.

Avoiding dirt
Use cover rails in all unused grooves in accordance with the chapter

Accessories".
Fitting electric components
Connect the elements of the electric controller with the relevant controller

interface or with the emergency stop circuit (compare the relevant operating
instructions):
Motor
Reference point switch
Hardware limit switch
Safety limit switch
Use the DGEA−... only in conjunction with
S
a separately switched emergency stop
circuit.
