7. ALARMS AN TROUBLESHOOTING

7.1. Active alarms

An alarm icon
on the main display screen indicates a malfunction of your e-system. In
this case, the red alarm LED in the display
screen does not show any alarm icon, but the alarm LED blinks, which means that there
has been an alarm that has already been fixed. In both cases you can access the alarm
log to check the status of the machine.

In case your e-system registers a communication alarm, and once you have made sure
that the connection of the wires is correct, in many cases the solution could be to restore
the default values of the equipment. If the problem persists, please contact ECOFOREST
technical service.

-Check that the heat pump is on and under voltage.
-Check the heat pump connection. Make sure that the device
is well connected and that the wire is not damaged.
-Check the pLAN port configuration in the installer menu.
-Check that the inverter is on and under voltage.
-Check the inverter connection with the controller in the
electric panel. Make sure that the wire is not damaged.
-Access the alarm log to display the fault code.
