Error messages and diagnostics

The LEDs that display the function can also be used to show operators
the main causes of a device failure or defect.
RECEIVER:

Malfunction of the
external muting lamp
Power supply failure
The
voltage is out of the
allowed range
Operating Manual
Checks/remedy
- Check the output connections.
- Check the load on the outputs to
make sure it complies with the
specifications in the technical
details (see Ch. 9).
- Check the correct position of the
DIP switches.
- Switch the device off and then
on again; if the fault persists,
contact PILZ.
- Check the alignment of
transmitter and receiver
- Switch the device off and then

- Check the lamp
- Check the connections.
- Check the operating voltage; if
the fault persists, contact PILZ.
