ASSEMBLY TO THE BOILER
Considering that each type of boiler has its own particular features, it is advisable to scrupulously follow the instructions of
the manufacturer, if present; it is imperative to observe the required intake length which can be easily obtained by sliding
the burner on its flange (fig. 2). To fix the burner, use the stud bolts included, drilling the boiler according to figure 1. Use
other insulating material other than the included flange to protect the burner from possible excessive heat from the front
of the boiler.

CHOOSING THE NOZZLE

PNZ burners have two ignition phases or two flames and are therefore equipped with two nozzles. It is advisable to use
nozzles at 60° C with full or half-full cone.
The total capacity of the two nozzles must correspond to the potential required by the hearth.
For better nozzle dimensioning, follow these general guidelines:
- if there are no particular needs, the first nozzle should be equivalent to 40-50% of the total capacity;
- if ignition is difficult you can reduce the delivery on the first stage, obviously increasing delivery on the second stage (e.g.
30% first stage, 70% second stage);
- if HIGH-LOW flame operation is required you can increase the delivery of the first stage (e.g. 70% first stage, 30% second
stage).
