Changing the brake pads
Remove the wheel and remove the worn brake pads from the brake caliper. The brake pads
are held by magnets.
Place the new brake pads in such a way that the braking surfaces are in contact. Do not touch
the braking surfaces.
Insert the brake pads one after the other into the brake caliper. The brake pads are held by
magnets.
V-Brake rear brakes
The jaws must close properly on the edge of the rims. The brake pads must be at an equal
distance from the rim (approx. 3mm). The condition of the rim contributes greatly to the
effectiveness of braking, so it is advisable to clean it regularly.
You should be able to achieve maximum braking power without the brake levers touching the
handles. If this is not the case, your brakes must be adjusted.
- A nut and locknut system allows you to adjust the braking force that will vary over time
depending on the wear of the brake pads.
- The Phillips screw with spring will allow you to compensate for the wear of the brake pads
and ensure the correct position of the brakes on both sides of the rim. The brake pads are
standard, replace them as soon as the wear indicator is reached.
Rim subject to wear
Regular check shall be done on any wear-out components. As time goes on, brake pad may
decrease or lose the braking performance by wearing with rims. Brake pads shall always be
checked regularly to make sure there is no cracks or exhausted.

the baggage on both sides to boost the stability of your bike. All baggage must be firmly secured to the
carrier rack. Before each use, it is important to check that nothing hangs in the gap and is likely to be
caught in the rear wheel of the bike.
The permissible load of the bicycle should not be exceeded; Do not modify the luggage carrier.
Baggage must not obscure the reflectors and lights on your bike.
Stand
Before use, make sure that your stand is pulled up.
