INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
GENERAL
This manual is an integral and essential part of the supply and shall be delivered to the user. Read carefully the
instructions given in this Manual, since they supply important indications on safety of installation, use and maintenance.
Keep this Manual safely for any further reference. The burner shall be installed by professionally qualified personnel,
following the manufacturer's instructions, in compliance with the regulations in force. Improper installation can result
in damage to people, animals or property for which the manufacturer shall not be held liable.
This unit shall be used in the application for which it is expressly intended. Any other use is to be regarded as improper
and therefore a potential source of danger. Any manufacturer's liability for damage resulting from misuse shall be
expressly excluded.
Before any cleaning or servicing operation, the unit shall be disconnected from mains by turning off the system switch
or through the cut-out devices purposely provided.
In case of breakdown and/or misoperation, switch off the unit. Do not try to repair or reactivate it. Contact qualified
personnel only. Repairs shall be made only by a service centre duly authorised by the manufacturer, using factory
spare parts only. Failure to comply with the above instructions may jeopardise the unit safety. It is essential that the
unit is regularly serviced by professionally qualified personnel, following the manufacturer's instructions, to ensure
full serviceability and proper operation.
When use of the unit is to be discontinued, any potential source of hazard shall be made inoperative.
The transformation from one family gas (Natural Gas or liquid gas) into another family gas, shall be made from
qualified personnel only.
Before starting the burner ask qualified personnel to check that:
a) the plate data are those required from the electric and fuel supply system;
b) the setting of the burner is adequate to the power of the boiler;
c) the combustion air flow and the fumes exhaust are in compliance with the regulations in force;
d) the aeration and the ordinary maintenance of the burner are guaranteed.
After each reopening of the gas cock wait a few minutes before starting the burner.
Before disassembling the burner or opening inspection holes, disconnect from mains and close the feed cocks.
Do not leave containers with inflammables in the room where the burner is placed.
If gas is smelt do not operate electric switches. Open doors and windows. Turn off the gas valves.
Ask qualified personnel for assistance.
