Initiate polling receive

If someone else has set up a fax to be polled, you can request the fax
be sent to your fax. (This is known as polling another machine).
To initiate polling receive, complete the following steps.

On the control panel, press the Menu button to access the
main menu.
Touch FAX to display the fax menu.
Scroll down and touch FAX FUNCTIONS.
Touch INITIATE POLLING RECEIVE to display the keyboard.
Use the keyboard to type a polling receive number, and then
touch OK.
