1. GENERAL
1.1 Applications
The YN7100 box's function is to control a pump, monitor the water
level and protect the motor against excesscurrent and runing dry.
Used in lifting, drilling and with excess prressure: with sensors, floats,
a pressure switch, a flox switch and an monometric contactor.

2. SAFETY
The present operating instructions should be read carefully before
installation and commissioning takes place. particular attention
should be given to the points regarding the safety of the equipment
for the intermediate or final user.
2.1 Symbols used for the instructions in the manual

cause damage to the equipment and its operation.
3. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
On receipt of the equipment, check that it has not been damaged
during transportation. If a fault is observed, take all the necessary
steprs in relation to the carrier, within the time limit agreed.
If the equipment delivered is to be installed at

5. INSTALLATION
5.1 Assembly
Wall mounting: dimensions (see FIG. 3)
5.2 Electrical connections (see FIG. 4)
Electrical connections and inspections must be carried out by
an authorized electrician in compliance with the local stand-
ards in force.
– Remove the box cover.
– Place the 0.1 A protection fuse in the correct slot for the voltage
used: 230 V or 400 V (see FIG. 2 ref. 10).
5.2.1 Pump motor connection (see FIG. 2)
Three-phase 400 V : four-wire cable (3 phases + EARTH) on contac-
tor (ref. 3) at terminals 2-4-6.
Single-phase 230 V : three-wire cable (1 phase + neutral + EARTH)
at contactor terminals 2-4.
Single-phase 230 V + external condenser : four-wire cable (com-
mon + main phase + auxiliary phase + EARTH) on contactor (ref. 3).
terminal 2 : common - terminal 4 : PP - terminal 6 : PA.
The condenser will be connected to the contactor at terminals 4 and
6, and mounted inside the cover using adhesive bases and collars
(supplied).
The condenser's terminals must be protected.
CAUTION !
5.2.2 Connecting of external elements
Cables to be connected to the terminal strip (see FIG. 2 ref. 4)
according to the selected application (see § 6.3).
Connecting the ground wire to the terminal strip
(see FIG. 2 ref. 5).
Connecting a point of the pipe or the pump to a post or via a
ground electrode: a ground electrode is a safety element and
must be fitted in compliance with the local standards in force.
Please refer to the relevant installation standards.
– Possibility of remote control via an external element (pres-
sure controller, programmer, level controller, etc.).
Two-wire cable Ø 0,75 mm2 at the "5 and 6" terminals
(see FIG. 2 ref. 4) having first removed the shunt.
