Fault
The flame goes out
directly after ignition.

Cause
1 The heater has no volt-
age.
2 There is water or sedi-
ment in the fuel tank.
3 The fuel pump is not
switched on.
4 The viscosity of the fuel
is too high
5 The fuel supply pipe is
blocked: The fuel flows
back into the fuel tank
through the return pipe.

Solution
Check the electric connec-
tion.
Clean the tank and the fuel
filter, see fig. 3 (F).
Position the switch to "1", see
fig. 5 (A).
Heat the fuel (with a maxi-
mum of 50 °C) or dilute it with
diesel oil
Check the pump thermostat
and replace if necessary.
Check the pump motor.
Check the fuel pump for dirt. Dealer
Clean the fuel supply pipe,
see fig. 3 (O).
