7.3 The connected tool does not work

Possible cause
The tool is not connected properly.
The pressure relief valve on the pump is in the
"neutral" position.
7.4 It is not possible to connect a tool

There is pressure in the hose or the tool.
The couplers are dirty.
7.5 It is not possible to disconnect a tool

Possible cause
There is pressure on the hose from the tool.
7.6 Hydraulic oil leaks from the hydraulic oil filler cap

There is too much hydraulic oil in the tank.
The oil is foaming.
7.7 The overheating LED is blinking

Possible cause
The temperature of the pump is close to the
overheating point.
7.8 The tool works with jolts

Possible cause
There is not enough hydraulic oil in the tank.
The oil is foaming.

Solution
Check the couplers. If necessary, clean the
couplers and connect them again.
Turn the pressure relief valve screw counter
clockwise as far as it can go ("operation" position).
Solution
Use the pressure relief tool to release the pressure
from the hose. Refer to section 5.8.
Clean the couplers.

Relieve the pressure. Refer to section 5.9.

• Make sure the pump is in a horizontal position.
• Drain hydraulic oil until the level is at the
maximum level indication on the dipstick.
Stop the pump. Start the pump again after a few
minutes.

Turn the deadman's handle of the tool to the
neutral position. If possible, open and close the
tool one time.
Solution
• Make sure the pump is in a horizontal position.
• Add hydraulic oil until the level is at the
maximum level indication on the dipstick.
• Do not add hydraulic oil after changing tools
that have the plunger extended.
Stop the pump. Start the pump again after a few
minutes.
