REAR ARRESTER ADJUSTMENT

It is very important to inspect free journey distance (FJD) of
rear arrester periodically. Correct FJD is 20-30mm.
When inspecting, operator should turn the wheels, meanwhi-
le, pay attention to what the distance of arresters pedal pus-
hed before the arresters come up to the brake position. To
adjust the distance, please y^ turn nut(l) according to its ma-
tter of fact. To turn the nut toward clockwise, FJD would be
shortened, inversely, it could be prolonged.

ABRATION MARK OF ARRESTER WASHER

Press arrester pedal tightly without releasing. Inspect
arrowhead (1) that if it aligns mark (2). If 'yes', please change
new brake hoof.
NOTE
When arresters need to be maintained, please contact
with local agency, and only use original parts or same
quality components.
