NOTICE
• Always replace or reverse the wire feed rolls in pairs.
• Observe the groove geometry and the wire diameter.
• The wire feed rolls should be changed whenever the wire type or the wire diameter are changed or
If required, the wire must be cut through and then fed in again.
6.8 Feeding in the wire on page EN-12
1 Open the cover on the M-Drive.
2 Fold the pressure lever (1) outward.
3 Swing the pressure rockers (2) open using the pressure rolls (3).
4 Unscrew the retaining screws (6) from the wire feed rolls (5).
5 Replace and re-attach the wire feed rolls (5).
6 Screw on the retaining screws (6) and use the pressure rolls (3) to close the pressure rockers (2).
7 Fold the pressure lever (1) back to upper position.
