The idealstraight stitchhas threads locked between two

Ifyou look at the top and bottom of a seam
notice that
there are no gaps. Each stitchissmooth and even.
When
adjustingthe needle thread tension,the higher the
number, the tighterthe needle thread tension.
Results depend
on:
- stiffness and thickness ofthe fabric
- number of fabriclayers
- type of stitch
