Motorola Pairing

Two Display Motorola Radios (Model 2.5 and 3.5)

NOTE: A display will be on the front and top of the device.

(1) Power on the G1 SCBA.
(2) Power on the Motorola Radio using the volume knob.
NOTE: Verify that the Bluetooth icon is visible on the Motorola
display. If the icon is not visible, the radio is either not configured
correctly or Bluetooth is disabled and the radio is not ready for
Bluetooth pairing.

(3) Access the RFID tag reader on the G1 SCBA by pressing
and holding both of the 2 GREEN control module buttons
until the RFID icon displays on the control module.
(4) Place the RFID pairing tag for the specific radio over the
RFID target on the G1 power module.

(5) Once the RFID tag has been read by the G1 SCBA, a pairing
request will be visible on the front display of the Motorola
within 30 seconds. Accept the pairing request using the
Motorola menu button; the radio will give an audible indica-
tion once the pairing is complete.
