ART. 20004140
Module 20004140 is equipped with a a temperature and humidity sensor, an input for standard PT100 2-wire temperature sensors
and a digital input for connection of a window contact or a normal pushbutton control for Comelit home automation system. The
temperature and humidity sensor is to be connected directly to the module via a connector. The mechanism of the sensor allows
installation in all domestic switch boxes, by drilling a hole in the cover plate and securing it with a plastic nut. Both sensors can be
configured to operate as a normal climate zone in the Comelit home automation system and therefore function as a programmable
thermostat. The sensor, in combination with a PT100 temperature sensor installed in the floor screed, controls the dew point and,
when necessary, turns off the floor cooling system to prevent the formation of condensation. In systems with underfloor heating,
the two accessories in combination turn off the system to prevent overheating of the floor.

PROGRAMMING
SimpleProg software is required to program Comelit automation devices; this software can be downloaded from the websitepro.
comelitgroup.com. Programming must be carried out by connecting the device to the BUS and sending the programming over this.
ADDRESSING
The address of the module on the Comelit home automation BUS must be set using the DIP-switches on the module itself, see
table on page 8.
• If the DIP-switches are altered, the power supply must be cut off and reactivated for the new address to be set on the
module.
• it is not possible to modify the address of art. 20004140 using SimpleProg.
