If the error persists despite cleaning, turn the ROI
tool. If the error also moves, replace the ROI tool. If
the error remains at the same location, look for the
source of the error in the module.

Fine fibers remain on the surface of the calibration
body as the result of improper cleaning (with
disposable paper towel or cotton cloth).
 The result is a faulty calibration.
Wash the calibration body with water and detergent.
Dry with a linen cloth or allow to dry in the ambient air.

ROI tool incorrectly positioned

ROI tool placed in such a way as to not cover the entire
diagnostic opening.

that it is covered completely.
