GAS OPERATION

By pushing the button (SG) the green lamp of the button will be illuminated, if the limit thermostat (STL) is in operating
position and there is the correct minimum gas pressure (PGmin in operating position), the burner's control box starts
its operating cycle.
The fan motor (MV) starts, the air pressure (PA) switch must change from pin 6 to pin 11.
The actuator goes into maximum position (see adjustment of the cam I).
The prepurge time starts.
At the end of the prepurge time the actuator goes into minimum position (see adjustment of the cam III), the ignition
transformer (TA) starts.
After few seconds of the activation of the ignition transformer the burner's control box opens the safety valve (VGS)
and the 1st stage valve (VG1). The 1st stage flame of the burner is alight.
At the end of the safety time, the ignition trasformer (TA) turns off.
After few seconds of the 1st stage flame and with 2nd stage thermostat closed, the control box opens the 2ns stage
valve (VG2) (see adjustment of the cam IV). The 2nd stage flame of the burner is alight.
The flame it is monitored by the ionisation probe.
If, after the security time, there is no formation of a flame the burner control unit establish a lock out.
