Warning: The ash pan below the hearth must be emptied out every day. the ash must not reach the top, as this
may cause the overheating of the cast iron grate of the hearth and prevent the passage of air to the hearth.
In any case, it is advisable to empty out the ash pan every day to facilitate the regular input of combustion air into the hearth.

HOW TO USE THE DOOR

To open it, grab the handle and push it up (A) (Fig. 13). Use the protective glove supplied.
While the stove is on, it is necessary to keep the door completely lowered.
Fuel loading operations must be performed with the door fully raised; smoke may escape if it is in an intermediate position.
If the door is not completely closed during operation, the forge effect may occur, resulting in violent combustion and a greater
consumption of wood.
In the event that the door is not working properly, check the lifting mechanisms, reaching them from the inspection panel.
The door sliding and lifting system depends on special bearings that ensure minimum friction and maximum
silence.
Check the proper operation of the bearings annually to keep the system efficient.
When the fire is lit, the door reaches high temperature; use the glove supplied to open it.
The door is equipped
When loading wood into the hearth, the door must be opened in two stages:
• first slowly and partially (3-4 cm), to allow for the smoke valve to open and the smoke in the hearth to be sucked in by the flue
• then completely, thus avoiding smoke escapes into the environment.
