Rated maximum welding time in continuous and intermittent mode according to EN60974-6:
Welding time at 20°C
USE
1. Plug the unit into a power outlet (7).
2. Ensure good contact between the ground clamp (2) and the part to be welded (connect the ground cable as close
as possible to the area to be welded)
3. Turn the light switch to On (4). It lights up.
4. Position the welding current adjustment wheel (3) according to the diameter of the electrode to be welded (1.6/2.0
or 2.5) and start welding.
Thermal protection: After a long welding time or use at high power, it is necessary to let the unit cool
down. These substations are protected by a thermal circuit breaker that cuts off the power supply in
the event of overheating:
- Light (5) off: it is possible to solder.
- Light (5) on: Wait for cooling.
5. After using the station, set the switch (4) to Off and disconnect the unit.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).
The warranty does not cover:
• Transit damage.
• Normal wear of parts (eg. : cables, clamps, etc..).
• Damages due to misuse (power supply error, dropping of equipment, disassembling).
• Environment related failures (pollution, rust, dust).
In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:
- The proof of purchase (receipt etc ...)
- A description of the fault reported
