The display is limited to five digits. Therefore a maximum of 99,999 operations can be
displayed. But if you want to know the number of turns the counter has turned over, switch off
the machine using the power switch and turn it back on again while pressing the STOP
button. The number that shown is the number of turns the counter has turned over.
*(operation = complete set of steps to squeezing a piece of fruit.)

JUICE SAFETY SYSTEMS
The machine is equipped with several safety systems:
If the Front Cover is not properly in place and its clasps fully fitted inside the slots
1
(Figs. 8 & 9), the Programmer will show the message StoP and the Programmer
buttons will not respond.
If Juice Tray and Blade are not properly in place, and the Fastening Nuts not
2
tightened, the machine will not operate and the message StoP will be shown on the
Programmer (Fig. 10)
If for some reason the machine got blocked during operation, the motor will
3
automatically stop after a few seconds, and a blinking A message will be shown ar
on the Programmer. Remove the cause of the blockage.
The machine is equipped with a motor heat-protection mechanism. In the event of
4
overheating, the motor will stop and the Programmer will show the message StoP.
In such a case, wait roughly five minutes for the temperature to cool down and until
StoP message is replaced by the number of your last selection. We also
recommend to check if ventilation grating is unobstructed.
If no message appears on the Programmer, this will be due to lack of voltage.
5
Check that the power switch is turned on and that the safety fuse is not burnt out.
Notice that there are two fuses (Fig.11): one fuse is the one that may be burnt out
while the second one is a spare fuse.

JUICE CLEANING
We recommend to clean machine the squeezing zone on a daily basis.
To stop a machine in operation, always use the StoP bottom. Never stop using the main switch.
Failure to follow this recommendation will cause the machine to stop in a position that impedes
cleaning; possibly leading to breakage of parts due to poor handling.
DISCONNECT the MACHINE off the POWER SWITCH (Fig. 6).
Remove the Front Cover and wipe it with a damp cloth (ATENTION!: NEVER use products
that may scratch it).
ATTENTION! Handle with care the Front Cover Green Sides (Ref. 0508010) as they are
fragile and may break if the Front Cover is removed pulling from the Front Cover Sides.
This breakage will not be covered by the guarantee.
Remove Juice Tray and Blade unscrewing the Fastening Nuts and pulling outwards
horizontally (never extract Juice Tray and Blade pulling from the Blade).
Unscrew the Juice Tray Balls (Fig. 21); underneath each Ball you will find two washers. Be
careful not to lose them! You may use a dishwasher to wash both Juice Tray and Blade.
TAKE EXTRA CARE WITH THE BLADE (Fig. 3) since it is very sharp and may cause
injuries.
Remove the Cups unscrewing the Fastening Nuts.
The Front Cover (Ref. 2/10) and the Drip Tray (Ref. 8/1V) are manufactured with a plastic
sensitive to hot temperatures over 40ºC. Do not use hot water or a dishwasher to wash
these parts. Distortion of this part due to high temperatures will not be covered by the
guarantee.
