Monitoring the charge status
NOTE
Malfunction due to low battery charge!
Problem-free operation is only ensured if adequately charged batteries are
used.
> Replace weak batteries immediately as soon as the signal occurs.
> Only use new batteries of the following type:
2x 1.5 V Mignon batteries AA (LR6) alkaline
Type E91 Energizer industrial
(Häfele Cat. No.: 910.54.980)
> Always replace all batteries.
> The use of rechargeable battery packs is not permitted.
NOTE
Please pay attention to the following when using lithium batteries:
> The type-specific discharge behaviour of lithium batteries
(considerable voltage drop at the end of the life time) may cause that
a low battery is indicated at the terminal only for a short period or not
at all. This may cause a short-term malfunction of the terminal.
> We recommend changing the batteries before the winter months with
the outdoor version.
