3.2 - MECHANICAL CONTROLS (fig. 8)
The mechanical controls are found on the front
of the machine.
A) Handwheel for vertical travel of the spindle.
One turn equals 2 mm, one section of the
colored ring is 0.2 mm.
Always move up to reach the correction
position in order to compensate for
backlash.
B) Spindle lock lever
Do not use it while the motor is running.
The lever can be moved only after the
motor has stopped running. Turn the main
switch to "I" and the brake release selector
switch to
the spindle.
Turning the spindle slowly by hand will help
engage the lock lever.
Note: When the lever is turned a protective
device comes into action that prevents the
motor from being operated when the lock
is engaged.
P) Knob for locking the handwheel.
C) Lever located on the left-hand side of the
machine (only with the F115) which allows
the user to lock/release the hood-and-fence
assembly so that it can be turned.
G) Lock knob on the door used to gain access
to the machine when the belts need to be
changed.

3.2 - MANDO MECANICOS (fig. 8)
Los mandos mecánicos están colocados en el
lado delantero de la máquina:
A) Volante para la carrera vertical del eje: una
vuelta corresponde a 2 mm; una línea del
anillo coloreado corresponde a 0,2 mm.
Alcanzar la posición correcta del utensilio
siempre en subida para poder compensar
los juegos mecánicos de elevación.
B) Palanca de bloqueo del eje toupie.
¡No desplazar jamás la palanca durante el
funcionamiento del motor!
Sólo después de que se haya parado el
motor, se puede empujar la palanca hacia
abajo. Para permitir el bloqueo del eje,
colocar el interruptor general en posición
"I" y el selector de desbloqueo del freno
en
Girar el eje con la mano lentamente para
rendir más fácil el bloqueo sin forzar la
palanca.
Nota: Girando la palanca, se acciona
contemporáneamente un dispositivo de
seguridad que impide el arranque del
motor.
P) Pomo de bloqueo del volante.
C) Palanca en el lado izquierdo de la máquina
(sólo para F15) para bloqueo/desbloqueo
de la inclinación del grupo funda-guía
toupie.
G) Pomo acceso cambio correas.
