CLEANING THE MACHINE
Move the master switch to "0" before working
on the machine!
Clean the machine and the floor around it.
Open the rear door and vacuum the machine
inside (draw off any chip and dust that may
have accumulated)
Clean the working surfaces with kerosene or
turpentine (if necessary). Dry them with a
clean cloth.
Use a hard bristle brush to clean the
prismatic guides for the slide.
The guide rods must also be thoroughly
cleaned.
Clean the machine parts with strong jets of
compressed air before lubricating them.
Cover the belts and pulleys with a cloth.
A general cleaning procedure should be
performed every month.
4.3 - LIMPIEZA DE LA MAQUINA
Colocar en "0" el interruptor general antes
de efectuar cualquier tipo de intervención
en la máquina.
Limpiar
la
circunstante. Quitar la puerta trasera de la
máquina y aspirar el polvo y las virutas con
el tubo de aspiración. Limpiar las mesas
con keroseno o con agua-rás, si fuese
neceario, después secarlas con un paño
limpio.
Las guías prismáticas de la mesa deslizable
se deben limpiar con un pincel con cerdas
duras.
Las guías cilíndricas se deben limpiar de la
misma manera.
Antes de lubricar las partes de la máquina,
limpiar con aire comprimido y proteger las
correas y las poleas con un paño.
Efectuar mensualmente la limpieza general.
