The electrical system must be serviced
only by qualified personnel.
10. Always wear gloves when handling the
tools.
11. Attach the tools to the bottom of the
spindle.
12. Tighten the cutting tools to the torque
recommended by the manufacturer.
13. Place the rings over the opening in the
table in order to reduce the clearance
between the spindle and the table to a
minimum.
14. Use the dummy fence to reduce the
space between the tool and the table.
15. Make sure the speed selected is
suitable for the tool used.
16. Use the pusher for machining small
work-pieces with the fence
17. Use extensions, roller tables, etc.. when
long workpieces are to be machined.
18. Stay clear of the area where work-
pieces may be thrown off.
19. Always secure the work-piece when
tenoning jobs are performed.
20. Always use clamps when machining
small work-pieces. Install the spindle
guard when discontinuous machining
is done by using the fence.
21. Check the time required for the tools to
stop: it must not exceed 10 sec.

derodillos para trabajar las piezas
largas.
18. No detenerse en la zona de rechazo
de las piezas.
19. Bloquar siempre la pieza durante las
operaciones de espigado.
20. Utilizar plantillas de bloqueo para
trabajar piezas pequeñas con la
protección del eje yefectuando el
trabajo interrumpido utilizando la guía.
21. Controlar el tiempo de frenado de los
utensilios: no debe superar los 10 seg.
