operation at all times.
Open the door;
remove any coals and ashes from the replace using
a m etallic shovel;
close the door;
THE ASH BOX located under the re box must be

poor draft with smoke entering the room.
15.4 WHAT TO DO IF THE STOVE DOES NOT
WORK
15.4.1
Open the primary air and the smoke register
Use well-dried wood
Check that the ue pipe is suitable for the stove being
used;
15.4.2 Smoke comes out of plate
Check that the primary air register is open
Check that the chimney connection has no leaks
Check that ashes and combustion residues are not
clogging the discharge duct or the grille
Insuf cient draught
15.4.3 Glass gets dirty too quickly
Damp wood: use well-dried wood (15% relative humidity)
Check that ashes and combustion residues are not
clogging the discharge duct or the grille
Unsuitable fuel
Too much fuel
Insuf cient draught (see connection and ue pipe)
15.4.4 Condensation in combustion chamber
The first few times the stove is lit, it is normal for
condensation to form, since the cladding materials contain
humidity
If the problem persists, make sure the wood being used
is not damp or poorly seasoned
Check that the chimney is not too large and whether the
re heats it all the way to the top;
