12. Stop the engine. Wait 30 seconds and check
the oil level again as indicated in paragraph 9.5.
13. Hand the spent oil over to a disposal facility
in accordance with local provisions.

1. Place the machine on a flat surface.
2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Open the engine bonnet.
4. Place a suitable container under the exten-
sion tube (fig. 21.A);
5. Press the split pin (fig. 21.B);
6. Unhook the extension tube from the support
bringing it downwards;
7. Bend the extension tube and empty the oil
into a suitable container;
8. Hook the extension tube (fig. 21.A) back to
the support (fig. 21.C) before topping up the
oil.
9. Clean up any spills.
NOTE! Be careful not to spill oil on the
drive belts.
10.
Remove the dipstick and top up with new oil.
For the quantity of oil see "0 TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS TABLE"
11.
Each time you fill, start the engine and idle
for 30 seconds.
12.
Check there are no oil leaks.
13.
Stop the engine. Wait 30 seconds and check
the oil level again as indicated in paragraph
9.5.1.
14.
Hand the spent oil over to a disposal facility
in accordance with local provisions.

9.5.3 Oil filter replacement (if applicable)

We recommend contacting an authorised service
centre for this maintenance.
First, drain the engine oil and insert the drain plug
as described above.
Hand the spent oil over to a disposal facility
in accordance with local provisions.

9.7
TRANSMISSION OIL CHECK/TOP-UP

For the type and quantity of oil see "0
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS TABLE"

9.7.1 Check/top-up (23)

1. Place the machine on a flat surface.
2. Check the oil level in the tank (23:A) The
level should be between MAX and MIN.
3. Top up if necessary

9.7.2 Change

Oil drain
1. Run the machine at various speeds for 10-20
minutes to warm up the transmission oil.
2. Place the machine on a flat surface.
3. Engage the parking brake.
4. Move the release levers to position A1 - B1
as shown in fig. (14-15).
5. Place a container under the rear axle and
one under the front one.
6. Open the engine bonnet and remove the oil
tank cap (23:B)
For the oil drain plug, use only a 3/8"
square fitting. Other tools could dam-
age the cap.
7. Remove the oil drain plug from the rear axle
(24:A).
8. Remove the 2 drain plugs from the front axle.
Use a 12mm socket wrench. Drain the oil in
the front axle and pipes (25).
9. Check that the gaskets on the front axle
drain plugs are intact (25). Refit the caps.
Tightening torque 15-17 Nm.
10. Check that the gaskets on the rear axle drain
plugs are intact (24:A). Refit in the rear axle.
Tighten the oil drain cap to a torque of 5 Nm.
