Check that hydraulic connections are correctly tightened and that the hydraulic circuit functions correctly in relation to following:
purge of circuits,
position of valves,
hydraulic pressure,
filter is clean.
Equally then check:
• That there are no leaks.
• That the machine is fully stable.
• That the power cables are well fixed to their connection terminals — if they are poorly tightened it may result in overheating
and malfunctioning of the equipment, the electric cables are fully insulated from any sections of sheet metal which could dam-
age them.
• That the entire apparatus is earthed. There are neither tools nor other foreign objects in the unit's interior.
STARTING
• Once the above checks have been fully completed the heat pump is hydraulically and electrically ready to for operation.
• Turn the installation on.
• The display comes on and shows the water temperature. After 30 seconds the heat pump starts up in heating mode.
• 100% Open, ball-valve n°1 n° and n°3 (Fig.1a)
• Switch the water pump to the "ON"
• Switch the heat pump to the "ON" position for a minimum period of 15min. (Fig.1b).
• Take note of the swimming pool temperature on the electronic thermostat (Fig.1b).
On/Off switch
Electronic thermostat
• Close gradually the ball-valve n° to correspond the flow-rate with the pool Temperature with the pressure gauge located on
the side of the heat pump (fig.1c).
Flow-rate pressure gauge
• If needed, refine the flow-rate with ball-valve n°3 (Fig.1a).
