in parts and the quality of workmanship and finish for
the following period:
• 3 years on the enamelled kettle (base and lid)
• 2 years on all other parts from the original purchase
date (as shown on the receipt).
Warranty claims must be taken to the authorised
dealer where the barbecue was purchased, along with
proof of purchase. Any claim for damage to the ena-
mel finish must be submitted within 30 days of pur-
chase to be covered 100% by the warranty. This only
applies to new appliances, which have not been used.
In the event that the barbecue has any defective com-
ponents, OUTDOORCHEF reserves the right to
decide whether to repair or replace the barbecue, or if
the operation of the barbecue is not affected by the
defect, to offer a price reduction.
The following items are not covered by this warranty:
• Unevenness, minimal imperfections and colour
variations in the enamelling.
• Damage resulting from incorrect or negligent use,
as well as improper assembly
• Changes in colour and the formation of corrosion or
rust as a result of weathering or the improper use of
chemicals.
• Defects resulting from modifications, use of the
product for purposes other that that for which it is
intended, or wilful damage
• Defects resulting from improper maintenance or
repairs
• Damage resulting from the absence of routine
maintenance
• Damage that has occurred in transit
• Damage resulting from acts of God
• Normal wear and tear to the grill, the heating ele-
ment, the reflector and the aluminium protective
foil
• Any assembly and transport costs associated with a
warranty claim
• Damage resulting from wear and tear associated
with professional use (hotels, restaurants, organi-
sed events, etc.)

OUTDOORCHEF's products are being continuously
developed. For this reason, modifications may be
made without any advance notice.
