Use (4) M6X15 Hex Screws to attach No. 3 Right Cart Bottom Front Rail to No. 4 Right Leg Frame and No.3
Right Leg Middle Frame. Repeat for No. 4 Right Cart Bottom Back Rail. Do not yet fully tighten screws. See D.

Use the Wrench to fully tighten all the screws. See E.
Note: Make sure all sections of cart are square and level before fully tightening all screws.
