Monitor Operation and General Handling
The monitor has a keypad with 15 keys (0..9,*.#,A,B,C), function buttons and
information LEDs (luminous indicators).
The basic keypad function is arming and disarming the alarms, as well as
configuration and programming of the different monitor parameters.
The function buttons let you carry out the basic operations of an advanced video
entry system: auto-on, open the door, call guard unit, activation of auxiliary devices.
The LEDs (luminous indicators) provide information on monitor status and
operations.
From the monitor, you can program, configure and control the following system functions and options:
* Alarm Zones Programming and Configuration:
- Alarm Zones Configuration:
· Type of detectors connected to the zone: Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open
(NO).
· Timing: Instant or timed activation.
· Zone1 Entry/Exit delay.
· Configuration of 24-hour zones.
- Change Master Code.
- Monodecoder Relays.
- Connection to Alarms Reception Centre.
* Monitor Configuration:
- Multifunction button:
· Multifunction button customisation.
· Activation of auxiliary devices.
- Ring tone selection:
· Tone for call from Outdoor Panel.
· Tone for calls from Guard Unit.
- Adjust call volume.
- Send alarm to Guard Unit.
* System Control:
- Arm/Disarmar Alarm Zones .
- Deactivate acoustic alert and/or associated device that sets off an alarm.
- Check status of all alarm zones: enabled/disabled.
