Electronic regulation on the NSB
chillers consists of control cards for
each compressor connected to each
other in a network and a control panel
with display. In the case of models with
more than one compressor, the card
that controls compressor 1 is the
"master" card, while the others are
"slaves". On each card, transducers,
loads and alarms are connected to the
compressor that commands while the
general machine ones are connected
only on the master card.

AER485P2 - card for MODBUS sys-
tem
Through this accessory it is possible to
connect the unit with BMS supervision

AVX - Antivibration support
Supporti anti-vibranti a molla. Select
the AVX model using the compatibility
table.
GP - Protection grilles
Protect the external coil from chance
knocks and prevent access to the area
underneath where compressors and
the cooling circuit are housed. Each kit
has two grilles.

PRV - Remote control panel
This allows the refrigerator command
operations to be given from a distance.
KRS - Exchanger electrical heating
elements for outside temperatures
down to -20 °C

ROMEO
(Remote Overwatching Modem Ena-
bling Operation) is a device that ena-
bles a remote control of a chiller
from an ordinary WAP mobile phone.
Furthermore it allows to send alarm
or pre-alarm SMS messages up to 3
GSM mobile phones which may not be
equipped with WAP. The set includes
the AER485. Added to the is kit must
be the AER485P2 accessory.
RIF: Current rephaser.
Parallel connection with the motor
makes the reduction of input current
possible
NOTE
This can only be installed when the ma-
chine is being made and must therefore
be specified when the order is placed.

AK - Acustic Kit (only for version E)
This accessory allows to reduce noise
further by means of:
- Compressor cover optimised using
high density material without lead
- Self adapting operating differential
"Switching Histeresys" to ensure the
correct compressor functioning at all
times even in plants with a low water
content or insufficient flow rates. This
system reduces the compressor wear

Protection" system that turns on the
fans periodically when the external
temperatures are very low
- The PDC "Pull Down Control" system
to prevent the activation of the power
steps when the water temperature
is approaching the set point quickly. It
optimises the operation of the machine
both when running normally or when
there are load variations, thereby
assuring top machine efficiency in all
situations
that allows to reduce vibrations even
more.
- Anti-vibration mounts in AV rubber
selected for the compressors in or-
der to reduce their vibrations, in a
way to prevent damage to the pipes
and the use of flexible joints.
- Insulation of the largest pipes in or-
der to reduce the typical noise of the
gas.
- Insulation of the most critical points.
- Silenced fan motors.
