MICROWAVE OVEN

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read carefully and store for future use!
Warning: The safety steps and instructions in this user's manual
do not include all the possible conditions and situations which
may arise. The user must understand that a factor that cannot be
built into any product is common sense, caution and care. These
factors must therefore come from the user/s using and operating
this product. We do not take responsibility for damages caused
during transport, by incorrect use, by voltage fl uctuations or a
change or modifi cation of any part of the product.
To prevent electrical fi re or injury from electric current, always take
basic precautions, including the following:
1. Make sure that the voltage in your power socket corresponds
to the voltage on the product's label and that the power
socket is properly earthed. The power socket must be
installed according to valid safety regulations.
2. Never use the oven if the door is damaged, if the oven does

not function correctly or if the power cord is damaged. Have
a professional service centre carry out all repairs or tuning
including the changing of the power cord! Do not remove
protective covers from the product as there exists a danger
of injury by electric shock and danger of microwave
energy. Before carrying out repairs disconnect the power
cord from the mains. By removing the cover supply you can
put the service technician in danger of being impacted by
microwave energy or suff ering an electric shock.
3. To avoid potential injury by electric shock, protect the
appliance from direct contact with water and other liquids.
Do not submerge the power cord or plug in water!
4. Do not use the microwave oven outdoors or in a wet
environment. Do not touch the power cord or the appliance
with wet hands. There is a danger of injury by electric shock.
5. Pay extra attention if using the oven near children.
6. The microwave oven should not be left in operation without
supervision.
7. We recommend that you do not leave the oven with the
power cord inserted in the power socket without supervision.
Before carrying out maintenance pull the power cord out
of the power socket. Do not pull the plug out of the power
socket by pulling on the cord. Pull the cable out of the power
socket by holding the power plug.
8. Do not use the microwave oven near sources of heat, e.g. cook
top hotplates. Protect it from direct sun rays.
9. The power cord must not touch any hot parts or go over sharp
edges.
10. To reduce the risk of fi re in the oven, follow these instructions:
a) Do not overheat food.
b) Before placing paper or plastic bags into the oven,
remove all clips.
c) Do not heat up oil or fat for frying in the oven, because it
is impossible to regulate the oil's temperature. Do not fry
food in the oven. Hot oil may damage parts of the oven
and kitchen containers and may also cause burns.
d) After use wipe the door, door seal and the internal area of
the oven with a wipe dipped in a detergent solution and
wipe dry. In this way you will remove all soilage, fat and
food remains.

WARNING: If the door or the door seal are damaged the oven
must not be used until it is repaired by a qualifi ed technician.
Accumulated fat could overheat and cause smoke or fi re.
Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
e) If the food being prepared in the oven starts to emit
smoke or catches on fi re, leave the oven door closed,
turn off the oven and pull the power cord plug out of the
power socket.
f) If using single-use containers from plastic, paper or
other fl ammable materials do not leave the oven without
supervision.
11. Reduce the risk of explosion or a sudden boil as follows:
WARNING: Do not put air tight containers into the oven. Baby
bottles with a screw on lid or a dummy are also considered to
be closed containers. They could explode.
a) To heat liquids use only a container with a wide opening
and after heating let stand for 20 seconds, to avoid an
eruptive boil.
b) Eggs in their shell, whole hard boiled eggs, water
containing fat or oil and closed glass containers must not
be heated in the microwave oven, because they could
explode. Hash browns, sausages or chestnuts must be
shelled or pricked before being inserted into the oven.
c) Do not take out heated liquids immediately after heating.
Wait a few seconds before taking them out to prevent a
potential risk situation caused by an eruptive boil.
d) The contents of baby bottle and cans with baby food
must be mixed before being served or shaken and its
temperature must be checked to prevent burns.
12. After cooking is complete, containers are very hot. Use
kitchen gloves to take them out. Be careful not to burn your
face or hands by contact with hot steam.
13. Always slowly lift the most distant edge of the lid or the food
foil. Popcorn bags and baking bags are to be opened at a
suffi cient distance from the face.
14. So that the turning plate is not broken:
a) Before cleaning allow the turning plate to cool down.
b) Do not place any hot foods or containers on a cold turning
plate.
c) Do not place frozen foods or cold containers on a hot
turning plate.
15. Ensure that while cooking containers do not touch the inside
walls of the oven.
16. Do not store food or other items inside the oven. If the
electrical grid is struck by lightning then the oven may turn
itself on independently.
17. Do not use the oven if there are not any liquids or food inside.
By doing this you could damage the oven.. Do not block or
seal the oven's ventilation openings.
18. Do not use accessories that are not recommended by the
manufacturer, otherwise you risk voiding your warranty.
19. Use the microwave oven only in accordance with the
instructions included in this user's manual. This microwave
oven is intended for household use only. The manufacturer
takes no responsibility for damages caused by the incorrect
use of this appliance.
20. This product may not be used by any persons (including
children) with mental disabilities, weak strength or by
inexperienced persons, unless they have been properly
trained or schooled in the safe use of the product, or unless
