The machine is fitted with two operation switches: slow (turtle) and fast (hare). To prevent any
damage of the unit it is important not to press the two keys at the same time.
MANTENANCE AND CLEANING
In order to obtain an optimal reliability and a long working life of the machine, it is strongly
recommended:
• To clean carefully the mixing bowl and the spatula every time you use the machine. This will
prevent dirt accumulation and possible jams of the bowl's fitting system to the motor shaft.
• To clean the outer casing of the unit always with a cloth moisted in soapy water. Do not use
dissolvents or any other inflammable product.
• To use MESTRA original spare parts in all the maintenance operations of the Algimate Mixer.
PRECAUTIONS
♦ Before connecting the machine, make sure that the power source is 230 V, 50/60 Hz.
♦ Do not fit the bowl into the spinning plate when the mixer motor is in operation.
♦ Do not allow children or unskilled personnel to operate the machine.
♦ Choose a rigid and well-balanced surface to place the Mixer. Besides, make sure the silicon pads
are correctly fitted to the working table.
♦ When a cycle is finished, wait until the machine motor stops completely before proceeding to
remove the bowl.
♦ Disconnect the machine from the power source during the cleaning operations.
