POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
•
Make sure the release valve is closed. Check release valve.
•
Valves may be blocked or may not be fully closed. To Flush Valves:
1. Lower the saddle and close the release valve.
1. Manually lift the saddle several inches.
1. Open the release valve and force the saddle down as quickly as possible.
•
Jack may be low on oil. Check and refill if needed.
•
Jack may require bleeding the air out of the system.
•
Unit may have too much hydraulic oil inside. Check fluid level.
