Observe the legal requirements of your country for accident prevention and check
the device in regular intervals.
If there are no special rules, we recommend you have the device examined
externally by a competent professional every 2 years and subject it to an internal
inspection every 5 years.
We would be happy to provide you with an inspection schedule in German or
English.
Faults
Use only spare parts and accessories from the manufacturer (→ Fig. on page 2).

Cause
The pump is not screwed on
tightly.
O-ring [13] on the pump is
faulty. (Fig. 16)
Diaphragm [14] is defective.

Valve disc [15] dirty of

Piston pressure gauge [16] is
defective. (Fig. 18)
Filter [18] (Fig. 20) or / and
nozzle [17] (Fig. 19) is clogged.
O-ring [19] of the pressure bolt
[20] is not greased / lubricated.

Remedy
Screw the pump on tightly.
Replace the O-ring.
Replace the diaphragm.
Clean or replace the valve disc.
Replace the piston pressure
gauge.
Clean the filter or / and nozzle.
Grease the O-ring of the
pressure bolt (dismantle or
assemble the pump → section
"Care and maintenance")
Replace the pressure bolt or O-
ring.
