CHARGE WITH BATTERY ATTACHED

Select BATTERY ATTACHED from the TYPE OF CHARGE menu and press ENTER
to start the charge.
The SELECT BATTERY Ah menu is displayed for the selection of the battery capacity
(5 Ah to 160 Ah).
NOTA BENE:
For batteries over 160 Ah up to 200 Ah select the charge profile of 160 Ah.

Select the tested battery capacity and press ENTER.
The display shows the TYPE OF BATTERY menu showing the following models:
•
Standard: traditional Lead-Acid batteries with removable caps for Distilled water
replenishing.
•
Reduced maintenance: Lead batteries with electrolyte immersed in an
electrolyte solution of sulphuric acid and water, with integral removable caps for
distilled water replenishing.
•
Sealed Lead-Calcium-Silver - GEL: (Lead-Gel) or sealed, maintenance-free, the
grids in Lead-Calcium or Lead-Calcium-Silver alloy are immersed in an electrolyte
solution of sulphuric acid in gel.
•
Sealed Lead-Calcium-Silver - AGM: (Absorption Glass Matt), Lead-Calcium or
Calcium-Silver alloy maintenance-free batteries with electrolyte absorbed in a
fibreglass matt. No acid spill-out even when the battery is split.
•
Select the tested type of battery and press ENTER.
The following menu is displayed:
NOTA BENE:
In case of wrong connection of cables (polarity inversion) the battery charger informs
the operator by the message ATTENTION! BATTERY ANOMALY check battery and
connections.
