If no operation in 20s, system will hang up automatically.
5. REMOTE DIALING CONTROL/OPERATION
Remote control operation method can use any phone or mobile phone to dial the phone No.in the alarm
system. It will automatically connect to the alarm system after configured ringing period.
After hearing "Enter Password" voice prompts, input the password (default password is "0000"; system
will remind user to input password again if password is incorrect; the system will automatically hang up if
password is incorrect 3 times); if the password input is correct, user can press below number keys on the
phone to control:
[1] key: Listening
[3] key: Turn off siren
[5] key: Disarming
[#] key: Hang up
If no operation in 20s, system will hang up automatically.
Note: Monitor time is 20 seconds, press "1" within 20 seconds if you want to continue monitoring.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
1.Alarm system starts alarm sound when a sensor is triggered, in disarmed mode:
- The sensor was set as by mistake as a Emergency sensor type;
- The sensor was triggered when you registered a remote control in the system;
Solution:
- Delete the remote controls and sensors in the system; Stop the sensors, Record the remote first, and then
turn on only one sensor and record it in the system; repeat the procedure for all sensors;
2. Cannot enter commands from system keypad:
- You have activated password protection lock of keyboard; If you know the password enter *password* to
disable; If you do not know the password, use the password change function in this user manual; Disable the
keypad lock feature later, if it does not help you;
3. One of the accessories does not work: remote control, sensor :
- Check if the accessory has been enrolled in the system. Add / enroll the accessory in the system;
- Check if the confirmation light is working and / or replace the battery if necessary;
4. Any other fault or technical problem can be reported by contacting the vendor / service by consulting the
information in the warranty certificate contained in the product box.
