Initial Setting : System Menu Setting

Setting the Clock (Clock Set)

 Clock setup works in Camera Mode/Player Mode/M.Cam Mode/
M.Player Mode. page 26
 The date/time is automatically recorded onto a disc.
Before recording, please set the date/time.
1. Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC] or [CARD].
(VP-DC163(i)/DC165W(i)/DC165WB(i) only)
2. Set the [Power] switch to [
[ (Player)].
3. Press the [MENU] button.
 The menu list will appear.
4. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<System>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
5. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<Clock Set>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
 The day will be highlight first.
6. Move the [Joystick] up or down to set current
day, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
 The month will be highlighted.
 To adjust the clock, select the Year,
Month, Day, Hour, or Min by pressing the
[Joystick(OK)], then move the [Joystick]
up or down to set respective values.
7. You can set the month, year, hour, and minute
following the same procedure after setting the
day.
8. Press the [Joystick(OK)] after setting minute.
 A message <Complete!> is displayed.
9. To exit, press the [MENU] button.
Notes
After the Lithium Battery loses its charge (after

about 6 months), the date/time appears on the
screen as 12:00 01.JAN.2006.
You can set the year up to 2040.

If the Lithium Battery is not installed, data

inputted will not be backed up.

Ajuste inicial: Ajuste del menú System (Sistema)

Ajuste del reloj (Ajuste de reloj)

 La configuración del reloj funciona en Modo Camera/Modo Player/
Modo M.Cam/Modo M.Player. página 26
 La fecha/Hora se graba automáticamente en un disco. Antes de grabar,
ajuste la fecha/hora.
1. Coloque el interruptor [Mode] en [DISC]
o [CARD]. (sólo VP-DC163(i)/DC165W(i)/
DC165WB(i))
2. Coloque el interruptor [Power] en [
o [

3. Pulse el botón [MENU].

 Aparece la lista del menú.

4. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia abajo
►On
para seleccionar <System> (Sistema) y pulse el
botón [Joystick(OK)].
OK Select MENU Exit
5. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia abajo para seleccionar
<Clock Set> (Ajuste del reloj) y pulse [Joystick
(OK)].
 Primero parpadea el día.
6. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia abajo para fijar el día y
pulse [Joystick (OK)].

 Se resaltará el mes.

 Para ajustar el reloj, seleccione Año, Mes,
Día, Hora o Min. pulsando el [Joystick(OK)]
y mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia
abajo para fijar los valores respectivos.

Select Exit
7. Fije el mes, año, hora y minutos siguiendo el
mismo procedimiento tras ajustar el día.
8. Pulse el [Joystick(OK)] tras fijar los minutos.
 Aparece el mensaje <Complete!>
(Completo).

9. Para salir, pulse el botón [MENU].

Complete!
Una vez que la batería de litio pierda su carga

(después de 6 meses aproximadamente), la
fecha y hora aparecen en pantalla como 12:00

Puede fijar el año hasta 2040.

Si no está instalada la batería de litio, no se

realizará ninguna copia de seguridad de los datos
de entrada.
