Access to some welding parameters depends on the selected display mode: Settings/User Level: Easy, Expert, Advanced.
ADJUSTMENT TIPS : The choice of frequency
• If welding using filler wire, then synchronise F(Hz) with the filling gesture,
• If thickness is low (< 0.8 mm) and not using filler wire, F(Hz) > 10Hz
• Welding in position, then F(Hz) < 100Hz
TIG DC TACK WELDING
• SPOT
This welding mode allows the parts to be pre-assembled before welding. Spot welding can be done manually using the trigger or timed at a predefined
pace. This spot welding timer is useful for better reproducibility and when making non-oxidized welds (accessible in the advanced menu).

• TACK
The welding mode also allows parts to be pre-assembled before welding, but this time in two phases: a first phase of pulsed DC concentrating the arc
for better penetration, followed by a second phase of standard DC widening the arc and thus the bath to ensure the point.
The adjustable duration of each phase enables control of the weld time for better spot welding results and an non-oxidised spot.
