POWER SUPPLY - POWER UP
The NEOFEED 4W wire feeder has been designed to work exclusively with the NEOPULSE 400 G (ref. 014497) and 500 G (ref. 014503) generator.
The connection between these two elements is done via one of the following connection cables :

ASSEMBLY AND ADVICE
Make sure the welding generator is switched off when connecting or disconnecting the wire feeder.
Connection of the cable to the wire feeder :
- Open the trapdoor to access the interconnect cable connections.
- Pass the interconnection cable through the circular opening at the back of the wire feeder.
- Lock the interconnection cable on the wire feeder by twisting it clockwise by 1/4 then lock the support using the screw supplied with the connection
cable.
- Perform the connection.
Connection on the welding machine side :
- Connect the earth clamp on the positive (+) or negative (-) terminal depending on the type of wire used.
- Connect the interconnection cable on the remaining terminal for power.
- Connect the harness control plug to the 10-pin socket at the back of the generator.
REEL INSTALLATION AND WIRE LOADING (III)
• Remove the nozzle (III-F) and the contact tube (III-E) from the torch.
• Open the machine door.
III-A :
• Position the reel on its support:
- Take into account the drive pin of the reel holder To fit a 200 mm (10kg) wire reel, tighten the wire reel support to the maximum.
• Adjust the brake (III-2) to prevent the wire from tangling when the weld stops. Overall, do not excessively tighten the brake, which would cause
the motor to overheat.
III-B :
• Fit the motor drive rolls suitable for the application. The original drive rolls supplied are double steel groove rollers (1.0 and 1.2).
