Insufficient contact between hand and switch
unit.
• Firmly screw the wrist nut onto the outer O-
ring.
Excessive frictional forces on the O-rings.
• Take out O-ring(s).
Insufficient frictional forces on the O-rings, or
no O-rings installed.
• Insert O-ring(s).
Second motor in operation because the pros­
thetic glove is too stiff.
• Warm up the prosthetic glove (max.
60°C/140°F), then open the hand wide.
Allow to cool in open position.
Battery charge level low
• Charge battery

• Close hand and warm prosthetic glove
from the outside (max. 60°C/140°F).
