For the recipes mentioned below you need the following materials:
• Kitchen scale
• 1 big mixing bowl
• 1 electrical mixer
• S poon
• S ilicone scoop
• T oothpick
• P aper baking shapes (not necessary)
• 1 cooking pan (for chocolate muffin)
basic recipe for 12 muffins
Ingredients
• 1 25 grams of butter
• 1 25 grams of crystal sugar
• 1 25 grams of self-rising flour
• 2 table spoons of milk on room temperature
• 2 (big) eggs
Preparation
Take the butter and eggs out of the refrigerator and let them reach
room temperature. Cut the butter and fruits in little squares. Measure
all ingredients with a measuring cup or scale and place the different
ingredients in separate bowls. Measure precisely, this is crucial for making
a good muffin dough.
Preparation
• P ut the butter in a bowl and add the sugar bit by bit.
• T urn the mixer on medium speed, mix the butter and sugar until it is
smooth and creamy.
• A dd the eggs one by one, mix the dough well on medium speed.
• N ow add the self-rising flour bit by bit, mix the dough continuously on
medium speed.
• A t last add the milk and mix everything together on high speed, for
another 1 or 2 minutes.
Recipe for 12 strawberry muffins
Extra ingredients needed
• 6 5 grams of strawberry
Preparation
• S ee preparation, basic recipe for muffins.
• P uree a quarter of the strawberries and mix this with a silicon scoop
through the dough, cut the rest of the strawberries into little pieces and
sprinkle them with a little flower. Stir the strawberries pieces through
the dough. When you are using frozen strawberries, make sure the
strawberries are defrosted and dept dry.
