NOTE:
• If there is any sign of transport damage,
contact your dealer immediately. Do not put a
damaged device into operation!
• A rattling noise can be caused during trans-
port due to the design of the device. This is
not a reason for complaint.
Operation
WARNING:
The refrigerant circuit of the device uses the re-
frigerant isobutane (R600a), a flammable natural
gas with high environmental sustainability. When
transporting and installing the device, prevent the
device from falling down. The refrigerant circuit
must not get damaged.
If the refrigerant circuit is damaged:
• Open flames and ignition sources must be
avoided.
• Disconnect the mains plug.
• Ventilate the room in which the device is
installed.
CAUTION:
Please observe a waiting period of 2 hours
before initial operation and after moving the ap-
pliance for the refrigerant to settle; otherwise the
compressor can be damaged.
Mains Power Connection
• Be sure the voltage of the appliance (rating
plate) corresponds with the mains voltage
before connecting to mains power supply.
• Connect the appliance to a properly installed
wall outlet.

Functions and controls
• Use the POWER button to switch the device on
and off.
• Use the START/STOP button to start a pro-
gram.
• Use the TIME + and TIME – buttons to set the
operating time.
• You may pause the stirring operation anytime
by pressing the START/STOP button. The
compressor continues cooling and the time
continues running. Press the button again to
continue stirring.
• If you want to cancel a program, press and hold
the START/STOP button more than 3 seconds.
• If you have stopped operation with the POWER
or START/STOP button, wait for at least
5 minutes before switching the device back on,
in order for the pressure inside the refrigerant
circuit to be released.
Operating time
• Operating times for preparing ice cream vary
depending on the
• recipe,
• temperature of the ice cream mixture,
• ambient temperature,
• desired consistency.
• Do not leave the device unattended during use.
Continuously check the consistency of the ice
cream mixture.
• The ice cream mixture must not be too liquid or
too viscous.
