Close the bead-breaker and mount the opening
stop (Fig. 17 pos. 1)(# 1029000) using a screw
(Fig. 17 pos. 2)(# 1811000) and a washer (Fig.
17 pos. 3)(# 236007). Tighten with a spanner
dynamometrically set at 70 Nm.

Mount the mirror (# 1382000) to the bottom of
the bead-breaker, using the two bolts already
loosely attached to the bead-breaker guard. Ad-
just to the inclination required (See Fig. 18).

18. Assemble the lateral appendix (on demand for
version ST) to the barrel using the M6x16 screws
(Fig. 19 pos. 1)(# 206019), the washers (Fig. 19
pos. 2)(# 236004) and the M6 nut (Fig. 19 pos. 3)
(# 222007). Assemble the Device with pressure
gauge to the appendix using the screws (Fig. 19 pos.
4)(# 206019), the M6 nuts (Fig. 19 pos. 5)(#
222007) and the screws guards (Fig. 19 pos. 6)(#
2175000). Connect the 8x6 rilsan red pipe from the
barrel to the union of the inflated device assembled
on the appendix.

Unloosen the fixing screw of the Device with pres-
sure gauge (Fig. 20 pos. 2). Position the support
bracket (Fig. 20 pos. 1) of the inflation device on
the Device with pressure gauge (Fig. 20 pos. 3).
Tighten the screw (Fig. 20 pos. 2).
Mount the bead-breaking tool onto the bead-
breaking arm using the accessories already in
place on the tool. The cup spring is positioned
inside the wings of the tool (see Fig. 21).
