Fit the ankle joint onto the frame (Fig.9)
1) Slide joint E into frame A
2) Position spacers G in the frame holes
3) Thighten screws F after having coated them with average strength adhesive ref.XC047.
Advised thightening torque value : 11 Nm
Fit the rod and the ankle joint together (Fig.10 a/b/c/d/e/f)
1) Fit the {rod C / eyelet P} assembly into the rear shackle of joint E (fig.10a)
2) Use tool K to line up boring of joint E with that of eyelet P (fig.10b)
3) Slip pin O on the part of tool K with small diameter (fig.10c)
4) Push pin O to fit it and make sure that one of the holes * is lined up with the tapped hole of
joint E (fig.10d)
5) Remove tool K (fig.10e)
6) Tighten screw N after having coated it with average strength adhesive ref. XC047 (fig.10f).
CAUTION :Do not tighten the eyelet lock nut yet.
